PRESTONWOOD FOREST 2022 POOL FACILITIES SCHEDULES- IMPORTANT CHANGES

Summer Pool Season is almost here and we want to share important updates on scheduling and how Pool 2 (lap/fitness pool on Ravenhurst) will be used this year.

The Board of Directors have received many requests over the past few years to consider use of Pool 2 as a "Swim At You Own Risk" facility to allow less restrictive use for members that might want to use the pool for fitness or those that want to take small children earlier times during the day.

• This year will be a TEST CASE to determine whether or not we can continue with this added benefit without there being increased safety or maintenance issues. We urge all residents visiting the Pools to report any violations and safety issues to the Management Company, for immediate attention.

The rules for Pool 2 required many revisions and additions to accommodate this change. Please reference the “Swimming Pool Facilities Rules” on this website

• It is very important that the rules be followed and parents pay close attention to such because underage children will NOT be allowed to enter the facility without adult supervision for safety reasons. If continual issues from a disregard of the rules or damages to the facility occur, the pool will be closed until such time as lifeguards can be scheduled for limited hours.

• As a reminder, the facilities are monitored by video surveillance and access card use at the gates is tracked through the management office. The pool gates are also programmed for access according to the posted hours, therefore anyone in the facility outside of said hours will be deemed trespassing and face charges and potential fines.

If you have previously registered and received an Access Card, there is no need to submit a form as the cards are good from year to year andare re-activated upon payment in full of annual assessment fees.
