Pursuant to the Association’s governing documents, you are hereby notified that the annual assessment for 2017 will be $618.00 per lot. A statement with payment coupon for the 2017 assessment was mailed to all owners in December 2016. The 2017 approved budget is posted below for owner reference and detail as to the application of funds paid to operate the Association.
