Roy D. Hailey

Mr. Roy D. Hailey, founding partner of Butler and Hailey, Attorneys at Law, is the legal counsel for the Prestonwood Forest Maintenance Association. A native Texan, Mr. Hailey is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and serves on its Committee on Property Owners Associations; he is Board certified in Commercial and Real Estate Law by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hailey will provide the Association with legal support in the areas of Deed Restrictions and in the collection of Maintenance Fees.
