Swimming pool rental is available, during the summer swimming season and outside the regular pool hours, and only to Prestonwood Forest property owners in good standing with the Association (tenants must have obtained use of property rights from the property owner).

Swimming Pool Rental Process

1) Confirm swimming pool schedule using the Pools Calendar. The pools are only available for rental during the standard pool season and on days the pool is not scheduled for resident use.

2) Complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement forms

3) Send your completed Clubhouse Rental Agreement request to Goodwin and Company at the (fax/email/USPS) contact information, as noted in the contract.

4) Refer to the Agreement’s ‘Payment of Rental Fee/Security Deposit’ section for payment information.

Obtain the Swimming Pool Rental contract using your account from your TownSq mobile app or the TownSq website  (https://www.townsq.io)

1) SIGN IN to your account on the TownSq website or mobile app

a) From the TownSq website select ‘Find documents’

b) Select ‘View All Documents’ and then select ‘Pool Rental Agreement.pdf’.

c) Now Select ‘Pool Rental Agreement.pdf‘ to open or download the Rental Agreement form.

d) From your TownSq mobile app tap on the ‘Menu’ icon (3 horizontal bars) then tap ‘Documents’

e) Tap ‘Forms’ then tap ‘Pool Rental Agreement.pdf’ to open or download the Rental Agreement Form.
