NOTICE: Update from WCA Waste regarding trash service changes! Print
PLEASE SEE THE BELOW IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM WCA WASTE REGARDING TRASH SERVICE CHANGES! MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH WCA WASTE REGARDING MISSED COLLECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY DURING THE PAST WEEK AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE PERFORMANCE TO ENSURE ALL HOMES ARE SERVICED ACCORDINGLY!

Notice from WCA dated June 9, 2020: At WCA, our highest priority continues to be the health and well-being of our customers and staff during this pandemic. We have had three drivers from our North Houston Hauling Division test positive for the COVID-19 virus. Per precautionary measures in accordance with recommended guidelines, the helpers and other drivers who have been in close contact with the infected drivers have been quarantined.

Due to this situation, we are currently servicing household waste placed in your WCA trash container/cart ONLY. Anything outside the cart or can is considered bulk or heavy trash. Bulk or heavy trash service is suspended, but will resume on Monday, June 15th.

Please note: If your community was serviced on a day that was not your normal service day, for example this past weekend June 6th and 7th or on Monday, June 8th, you will still receive service for household waste on your normal schedule service day, Wednesday, June 10th. If there are any further changes, you will be notified as soon as possible.

WCA Waste Services made these decisions in furtherance of our health and safety commitment to our communities and the WCA family. We thank you for your partnership and for your patience and continued trust in WCA Waste Services. Please take care and be safe.

Thank you - WCA North Houston Hauling Management
