Tennis Events Calendar Key Registration Tennis Court Rules

Overview:

Prestonwood Forest is one of the few subdivisions, in the Houston area, that offers its residents 2 tennis court facilities:
1) Tennis I - located near the Clubhouse at 13702 Prestonwood Forest Drive, offers 3 tennis courts (Courts 1-3). This facility includes a spacious wood deck and covered viewing area. Tennis I was completely renovated in 2016 and resurfaced with a Nova Sport all-weather surface.

2) Tennis II - located adjacent to Pool II at 14533 Ravenhurst Lane, offers 2 tennis courts (Courts 4-5). Tennis II was completely renovated in 2011 and resurfaced with a Nova Sport all-weather surface.
Both tennis facilities are fully-lighted for evening use, and provide ample exterior seating for rest and match observation. Facility hours can be found in the Tennis Court Rules.

Court Access:

A “Recreation Access Card” is required to Enter and Use Pool/Tennis/Clubhouse Facilities. Access cards are available to Prestonwood Forest property owners, and residents who have acquired the use of property rights from their property owner. Please reference the Recreation Access Card Request Form for the request process.

Tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, except during times of special use.

Special Events:

The Prestonwood Forest Men’s and Women’s Tennis Leagues have priority for facilities use on the league competition dates. Courts are reserved for league use 30 minutes before the first match through the end of scheduled play. Please reference the Tennis Calendar for special event dates and times.

Parking:

Limited parking-lot space is available at Tennis-2. Please remain thoughtful and considerate to fellow homeowners, when street-parking at both the Tennis-1 and Tennis-2 facilities. Do not block access to mailboxes, access by trash collection services or impede use of residents’ driveways, at any time. All motorized vehicles must remain in the streets, at all times. No motorized vehicles are allowed on Association property: Property includes, but is not limited to: turf areas, sidewalks, walkways, and decks.
