Electronic Ballot / Proxy Instructions

Submitting an electronic absentee ballot or proxy is easy :

  • If you have NOT previously requested an account, please complete Step 1 (Sign-Up).
  • If you HAVE an account (even if you forgot your password or login ID), go to Step 2 (Sign-In).

Note: High Sierra will reply to new account requests between 8 am-5 pm, Mon.-Fri.
Account requests received after business hours will be processed the next business day.

After receiving email confirmation, from High Sierra, of your new account, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Click Here to ‘Sign In’

  1. Sign In to your account (or request your forgotten Login ID/Password from this page)
  2. On the ‘Resident Services’ page, select one of the following forms:
o 2018 Annual Meeting-Election of Directors Online Absentee Ballot’
o 2018 Annual Meeting-Proxy’
