Should capacity levels be reach during any given period, no additional residents will be allowed into the facility until such time as others exit, decreasing the number of persons inside the pool gates.

If we follow the rules, the pool can stay open and all residents can enjoy the amenities the rest of this summer!

** In the event that Board members, other residents, management, lifeguards or contract maintenance personnel report flagrant violations of any of the rules designed to enable safe use of the pool, such abuse could result in the pool being closed and remaining closed until such time as a vaccine is developed.

** The novel corona virus, COVID-19, is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Federal and State authorities recommend social distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death.
