2019 Homeowners Association Annual Meeting was Thursday May 2nd 7pm

Thank you to all of you who attended the recent 2019 Annual Meeting of the Membership and Board Election! You can find a copy of the Annual Meeting presentation and minutes in the Maintenance Association section of the website to catch you up if you were unable to attend. A Board election was held to seat 3 members and we want to welcome incoming Board Members Erin Stapleton, Pete Lugo and Ernesto Avellaneda! We look forward to see what our new rookies bring to the table and greatly appreciate their willingness to volunteer!

But we also want to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to outgoing Board members Mark White, Luis Dunavin and Jesse Green. Combined, these three members have volunteered their time and efforts to the community for over 10 years! Mark has been an instrumental part of the website creation, updates and maintenance to the pool facilities, community events organization, Nite of Lites publicity, etc. Luis devoted his time toward the facilities operation, deed restriction enforcement, swim team organization, security and community events as well. Jesse put his time in as clubhouse coordinator, security liaison, pest control, trash liaison, deed restriction enforcement, ACC committee and a lot of other hands on assistance where needed. We can’t thank these volunteers enough for what they have provided to the community and they will be missed!

2019 Homeowners Association Annual Meeting Thursday May 2nd 7pm

We look forward to seeing all members of the Association at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019! Voting for the annual election to the Board of Directors may be in person, by proxy, by absentee ballot or by electronic ballot.

If unable to attend and vote in person, homeowners may return the mailed absentee ballots or proxy by mail, fax, or scan & email.

Important: Absentee ballots/proxies must be received before 5 pm on Thursday, May 3rd.

2019 Annual Association Assessment Print E-mail

Click for more info on 2019 assessmentsPursuant to the Association’s governing documents, property owners are hereby notified that the annual assessment for 2019 will increase, by $18, to $648.00 per lot. The Board of Directors would like to again offer each property owner the opportunity to divide their annual assessment into four (4) incremental payments of $162.00 to assist those who might have a hardship in paying the fee in one lump sum. Please note that the entire 2019 assessment must be paid in full and received by the due date, March 31, 2019, to avoid late or legal fees.

Property owners interested in making incremental payments will find four (4) coupons enclosed, in their mailed assessment notification, for use in mailing these payments to the processing center. The suggested due dates for incremental payments are as follows: December 15, 2018, January 15, 2019, February 15, 2019 and March 15, 2019. Property owners may certainly opt to pay their entire 2019 assessment in a single payment by the due date (March 31, 2019) and decline the advantage of the incremental payment option.
