On behalf of the entire Prestonwood Forest Community, the Board of Directors would like to extend their gratitude to the Prestonwood Forest Utility District for coordinating and donating funds to replace the windows and blinds in the community clubhouse.

PFUD was able to provide their generosity through an allocation of funds from their SPA (Strategic Partnership Agreement) with the City of Houston that provides a minimal amount of excess tax subsidy from commercial property in the District.

The PFUD's continued support of and partnership with the community is always greatly appreciated!
