Please complete and submit the “Application/Agreement to Use Association Amenities and Release of Liability” forms available through the TownSq WEBSITE and TownSq MOBILE app. If you are a tenant, the property owner must sign your request.
Obtain the Forms using the TownSq MOBILE app:
1) SIGN IN to your TownSq account
2) TAP on MENU (3 bars)
3) Scroll to TOOLS then
4) TAP on ‘Documents’
5) TAP on ‘Amenity Access’
6) TAP on ‘HPWFR.waiver.2.12.24.pdf’
7) In the next screen...
8) TAP the ‘Download Icon’
9) SAVE the form to your device
