2026 Annual Association Assessment
For the record

After careful consideration and review of your community's financial needs and obligations, the HOA Board has approved an increase in the annual assessment fees. The new HOA fee for 2026 will be $826. This adjustment is necessary to ensure the continued maintenance and enhancement of our community's amenities and services.

Please note that the 2026 HOA assessments are due by February 28, 2026 . While the new fee will not appear on your accounts until January 1, 2026, you are welcome to make early payments if you wish. We encourage all residents to make timely payments to avoid any late fees or penalties.

For your convenience, payments can be made through the TownSq website, TownSq Mobile App or by mailing a check to the address provided in your billing statement.

How can I pay my Association fees?

Note: Your account on TownSquare will reflect a $0 balance until 1/1/26. Your account will show a credit if you pay your assessment before that date.

Option 1: MAIL your payment to the following address:

1. Make check payable to Prestonwood Forest MA.

2. INCLUDE your account number AND association code (HPWFR) in the memo section of your check.

Option 2: ONLINE Payments

TownSq offers both ACH and debit/credit card payment options. Please Note:

Credit card payments incur a $1.50 convenience fee PLUS 3.5% of the total payment amount.

Login to TownSq at https://app.townsq.io/login

1. CLICK “Make a Payment” in the “Account Information” section to pay your open balance, set up a recurring payment or make a one-time custom payment.

Login to your account via the TownSq Mobile App.

2. TAP “Make a Payment” to choose from a menu of options including pay your open balance, set up a recurring payment or make a one-time custom payment.

Option 3: Bank Bill Pay Service

If you use a bill payment service that automatically makes payments for you, please:

• CHANGE the account number and the property code for payment to the information listed in the mailed payment instructions.

• INCLUDE your account number and association code (HPWFR) in the memo section of your check.
