Formal Notice of the 2024 Annual Meeting, Agenda, Ballot and Proxy (but not on Zoom) meeting information was mailed to Property Owners by the Management Company.

­ Online Absentee Ballot:

The Management Company has established an online process using the TownSq website and mobile app for you to submit an online absentee ballot or online proxy!

Using the TownSq mobile app:

1. Log into your account on the TownSq mobile app.

2. Scroll down to SURVEYS 2024 Annual Meeting – Board

3. Tap the highlighted text to open this survey

4. Select the candidates and submit your vote.

Using the TownSq website:

1. Log into your account on the TownSq website

2.Select ‘Surveys’ in the left panel

3. From the Surveys list

a. Select 2024 Board Elections Absentee Ballot.

b. Select your candidates

c. Select‘ Vote’
