Prestonwood Forest boasts the luxury of five tennis courts. Three of these courts are located next to the clubhouse and “front” pool at 13800 Prestonwood Forest Drive, and the remaining two courts (the “back courts”) flank the racing pool (the “back pool”) located just off the 14500 block of Ravenhurst Lane. The courts are available on a first come, first served basis, except during times of special use. Homeowners and tenants who have acquired the use of property rights from their property owner may obtain tennis court keys by contacting the Maintenance Board tennis director.

Prestonwood Forest also features organized tennis leagues. The members of both the ladies’ and the men’s leagues compete with players from other subdivisions at various times throughout the year. If you are interested in league competition, please contact a coordinator to join a league. At this time, Kim Brown, 832-237-0983, coordinates for the ladies, and Chuck Sharpe, 281-955-6752, coordinates for the men.

The front courts are referred to as courts #1, #2 and #3; the back courts are referred to as #4 and #5. On dates of scheduled league competition, courts 1,2 and 3 are reserved for league teams from thirty minutes prior to the first match until the end of scheduled play. In the event of schedule conflicts, women’s teams and men’s teams will have priority for the use of courts 4 and 5 for league play.

Tennis Court Rules:

Courts are open from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM
No pets, bikes, skates, roller blades, skateboards, fireworks, etc.
Appropriate tennis attire required
No glass or breakable items
All trash must be removed from court
Turn off the lights and latch the gate.
