Should you as a homeowner or renter receive a violation letter and you do not understand it, write to or call the management company for clarification, and proceed accordingly.
Should you as a homeowner or renter receive a violation letter and you disagree with it and desire a hearing in accordance with Section 209 of the Texas Property Code, write to or call the management company to explain your reasons and to schedule a hearing at the next regular monthly meeting of the Association.
