Prestonwood Forest Clubhouse rental is available only to Prestonwood Forest property owners in good standing with the Association (tenants must have obtained use of property rights from the property owner), under the terms and conditions in the contract.

Clubhouse Rental Process

The following actions are through using your account from your TownSq mobile app or the TownSq website (https://www.townsq.io)

1) Confirm the Clubhouse Rental Availability Date

2) Complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement form

3) Send your completed Clubhouse Rental Agreement request to Goodwin and Company at the (fax/email/USPS) contact information, as noted in the contract.

4) Refer to the Agreement’s ‘Payment of Rental Fee/Security Deposit’ section for payment information.

From your account on the TownSq WEBSITE (https://www.townsq.io)

a) Select ‘Amenities’ under ‘Tools > Reservations’ on the left panel menu.

b) Select ‘Clubhouse’ from the Amenities page for the Calendar and Rental Agreement.

c) Confirm that your desired date has not been reserved (slot occupied).

d) Select ‘Read the Terms of Usage’ at the bottom of the right panel.

e) Download, Complete and Submit the Rental Agreement Form with payments, as instructed.

From your account on the TownSq MOBILE APP

a) Tap ‘Reservations’ under ‘Last used features’ - or - tap the 3-horizontal bars (menu) in the lower right, then ‘Reservations’.

b) Tap ‘Clubhouse’ from the ‘Reservations’ page.

c) Confirm that your desired date has not been reserved (slot occupied).

d) Tap your desired reservation DATE, then tap ‘8:00 AM - 10:00 PM’.

e) Tap ‘I have read and accepted the Terms of Usage’, then tap the ‘Terms of Usage’ link.

f) Download, Complete and Submit the Rental Agreement Form with payments, as instructed.
