(Please refer to the Pool, Tennis and Clubhouse Information pages
for additional facility access details and hours of operation.)

The ‘Recreation Access Card’ is Required, at all times, to Enter and Use Pool/Tennis/Clubhouse Facilities. The new access card and facility card readers combine the functionality of the annual swimming pool tags and facility access keys.

The ‘Access Card’ may be thought of as an electronic ‘key’. Each access card is uniquely encoded to a specific address and gates are programmed to operate, for each card, during posted hours of operation and rentals.

How to Use the Recreation Access Card.

  1. Hold the ‘Recreation Access Card’ in front of the small black ‘card-reader’ box, with the RED light - that is on or near the facility gate/door.
  2. When the light, on the small black ‘card-reader’ box, turns GREEN (or remains ‘off’) the magnetic lock will be released to open the gate/door.

Important:

  1. Each access card coding is assigned to a specific Prestonwood Forest house address and all entry/exit at each facility is digitally recorded. Therefore, it is very important NOT to let anyone other than your household use your Recreation Access Card.
  2. Immediately report any lost or stolen cards to High Sierra Management.
  3. Lost or stolen cards will be reissued for a fee of $10.00 payable to PFMA.

Misuse, misconduct and any violation of facility rules, as well as assessment delinquency will result in suspension of the ‘Recreation Access Card’.
