Please be a considerate neighbor and community member by following the below guidelines:

PLACEMENT OF SIGNS:

  • Signs are not permitted on any of the common/recreation/landscaped areas. Common/recreation/landscaped areas include, but not limited to, all flower beds and turf areas around the Entry monuments, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and Pools. Signs may not be attached to Association structures, including building, fences and entry monuments.
  • Please do not place signs on another resident’s property, especially corner lots, without first obtaining permission from that property owner. Sign placement must not create a sight hazard for traffic.
  • Signs shall be exhibited only during the day(s) of the sale and must be promptly removed on the last day of the event.
  • It is illegal to place any signs on or within a public right of way. This includes posting signs on trees, utility poles, traffic signs and other objects on the right of way.
  • Unpermitted signs may be removed and disposed of without prior notification.

DURATION/INTERVAL:

  • Sale may be advertised/held only during daylight hours (limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
  • Only two (2) sales per year are allowed on the same premises and for no more than three (3) consecutive days.
  • Sale may be held only on the resident’s property, either in or about the garage structure, front yard or driveway. Sale areas must not extend into public right-of-ways or other neighboring properties.

PARKING:

Please be thoughtful of your neighbors and their property:

  • Street parking must never impede another resident’s trash collection, mail delivery or use of their driveway and/or the flow of traffic on streets, at intersections and around cul-de-sacs.
  • All traffic codes related to public right-of-way access and parking must be followed for safety reasons!

CLEANUP:

Please help keep the neighborhood attractive:

  • Persons holding a sale are responsible for promptly removing all signs, trash, litter and unsold items, from public view, on the last day of the event.
