Prestonwood Forest Clubhouse rental is available only to Prestonwood Forest property owners in good standing with the Association (tenants must have obtained use of property rights from the property owner), under the terms and conditions in the contract.

Clubhouse Rental Process

Please:

1) Confirm clubhouse rental availability using the Clubhouse Calendar.

2) Complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement forms

3) Send your completed Clubhouse Rental Agreement request to Goodwin and Company at the (fax/email/USPS) contact information, as noted in the contract.

4) Refer to the Agreement’s ‘Payment of Rental Fee/Security Deposit’ section for payment information.

Clubhouse Rental Agreement Form

Obtain the Clubhouse Rental contract using your account from your TownSq mobile app or the TownSq website  (https://www.townsq.io)

1) SIGN IN to your account on the TownSq website or mobile app

a) From the TownSq website select ‘Find documents’

  b) Select ‘Amenity Access’ and then select ‘Clubhouse Rental Agreement.pdf’

c) Now Select ‘Clubhouse Rental Agreement.pdf‘ to open or download the Rental Agreement form.

d) From your TownSq mobile app tap on the ‘Menu’ icon (3 horizontal bars) then tap ‘Documents’

e) Tap ‘Amenity Access’ then tap ‘Clubhouse rental agreement.pdf' to open or download the Rental Agreement Form

2) Send your completed Clubhouse Rental Agreement request to Goodwin and Company at the (fax/email/USPS) contact information, as noted in the contract.
