Formal notification to all Members of the Prestonwood Forest Maintenance Association will be mailed to advise Property Owners of the Annual Meeting to review and vote on the following topic:

A QUORUM OF 10% OF THE MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTED IN PERSON OR BY PROXY IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THIS MEETING AND ELECTION.
If you are unable to attend this meeting, please assign the proxy you will be mailed to a neighbor or the Board. Your maintenance fees must be paid in full in order to be eligible to vote. You are entitled to one (1) vote per lot. The Nominating Committee has obtained three candidates for the election and you will find their names and their brief personal summary below. The floor will also be opened for further nominations at the meeting. If you wish to submit your proxy, please complete the proxy form mailed to you or attached below and deliver it to the assignee, an Association Director, mail to the address below, or fax to 281-391-7913. Proxies will also be accepted prior to the meeting being called to order.

Gene Dirks
Hello, my name is Gene Dirks and my family and I have resided in Prestonwood Forest for almost four years. We have three children; with two attending local schools. I am a volunteer for the Prestonwood Flyers swim team. I have a vested interest in keeping Prestonwood safe and pleasant to raise my family.
Thomas Downey
My wife and I moved into Prestonwood Forest in October of 2011. We really enjoy the neighborhood, and would like to participate in keeping up the allure of the area.
Gloria Goodwin
Gloria Goodwin is a Recruiting Consultant for Fortune 500 companies. She is currently a Consultant Recruitment Advisor at BP for the Global Upstream Recruitment Team. Gloria was raised in Los Angeles and lived there for many years before moving to Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She has resided in Prestonwood Forest since 2007. Gloria participates in volunteer activities such as Habitat for Humanity, planting trees at BP’s Houston Campus and also has performed "Random Acts of Kindness" with the BP team at the Houston Rodeo. Gloria is a member of Women in Technology and Executive Women’s Golf. She enjoys travel and playing golf in her off time. Gloria has served on the board for the past three years and is anxious to continue her community service.
