Recreation Access Cards are issued only one-time to each residence.
Please be sure to reference the ‘Recreation Access Card’ Policy for important details.
Residences that have not previously requested cards may request their household’s card through the convenient Online Request Form.
Lost or stolen cards will be reissued for a fee of $10.00 payable to PFMA.
