Cul-de-sac Landscaping Meeting
Cul-de-sac Landscaping Meeting

Saturday February 5th, Clubhouse 10 AM

Cul-de-sac Maintenance on the 20 'Island' areas is scheduled to begin over the next few months. Because residents on various cul-de-sacs have volunteered for special improvements or perform additional maintenance, the Board of Directors would like to brief ALL interested residents on the proposed plans and work schedule, and answer any questions you may have!

Congratulations to the 2021 ‘Nite of Lites’ Awards winners!

The independent judges for the 2021 ‘Nite of Lites’ Committee were impressed by so many creatively decorated homes and coordinated efforts on blocks and cul-de-sacs that it was important to recognize both this year’s winners for each category and include honorable mentions for a few of the many other remarkable homes.

2022 Annual Association Assessment
Click for more info on 2021 assessmentsPursuant to the Association’s governing documents, property owners are hereby notified that the annual assessment for 2022 will increase, by $33, to $702.00 per lot. The Board diligently worked to create a budget that would not only continue to fund ongoing capital repair projects, but also replenish the reserve funds, which is instrumental to the continued fiscal operation and maintenance of the Association. It is prudent for the reserves to equal at least one year’s total assessment income pursuant to recommendations made by professionals in the industry and we are currently far from meeting said goal.

The Board of Directors would like to again offer each property owner the opportunity to divide their annual assessment into four (4) incremental payments of $175.50 to assist those who might have a hardship in paying the fee in one lump sum and has extended the due date to accommodate this effort.

Please note that the entire 2022 assessment must be paid in full and received by the due date, March 1, 2022, to avoid late or legal fees.
